Florence County Council
County Council generally meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 9 AM at the County Complex, 180 N. Irby St Room 803, though meetings are occasionally scheduled at alternative times, days, or locations. Florence City Council
Florence City Council generally meets (unless otherwise noted) on the 2nd Monday of every month at 1 PM at the City Center, 324 W. Evans Street, Florence, SC. Lake City City Council
Lake City's City Council generally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6 PM at the Lake City Courthouse, 202 Kelley Street.

Coward Town Council
The Coward Town Council generally meets monthly on Mondays at 6 PM at the Coward Town Hall, 3720 US Hwy 52. Meeting dates and contact information s available on their websites

Johnsonville City Council
Johnsonville City Council meets on Mondays at 6 PM at City Hall, 117 E. BROADWAY STREET, Johnsonville. The City Council has a website that is up to date regarding meeting agendas and minutes however a list of upcoming meetings is unavailable at the current time. Town of Olanta Town Council
The Olanta Town Council generally meets the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM at Town of Olanta Town Hall at 103 Park Avenue, Olanta. Meeting dates and contact information s available on their websites.

Quinby Town Council
The Quinby Town Council generally meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM at the Quinby Town Hall 611 E Ashby Rd, Quinby. Upcoming meetings are posted on the town calendar.

Timmonsville Town Council

Florence District 1 School Board
The Florence District 1 Board of Trustees meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7 PM but meeting location rotates between schools. Please call 843-669-4141 for up to date information regarding meeting location. More information is available on their website. Please note: Florence District 4 was consolidated into District 1 in 2022.

The District 2 Board of Trustees meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 7 pm (locations provided to the left). More information about the District 2 Board of Trustees can be found on their website

The Florence District 3 Board of Trustees generally meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM at the District Office 125 S. Florence District 5 School Board
